How fast are orders processed?

  • We process orders within 2-3 business days, then ship domestic orders via FedEx Ground.

Where is my order?

  • For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

  • At the moment, we only ship within the United States. If you'd like for us to make an exception for a special order, please get in touch by sending an email to and we'll try our best to help you.

How can I exchange?

  • We suggest that you return your original purchase for a full refund in store credit before ordering in a new size or color. To begin the process, please send us an email at and we'll get you sorted. 

What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?

  • If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!

Is it safe to shop with Minnow + Mars online?

  • Yes. You can shop with total peace of mind as we make every effort to ensure we have the resources that guarantee the security of your purchases and details.

A product I want is sold out. Can I still get it?

  • When you see something you love that's not available, click the "notify me" link and we'll send you a message if that item returns. Usually these are items that are on their way to us so you will be in luck, but occasionally styles that sell out are gone for good.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

  • No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered. Coupon codes cannot be combined.

Will my entire order be shipped in one package?

  • Usually, yes, your entire order will ship in one package unless a specific item or order has unusual circumstances that require more than one. 

Can I Place an Order Without Registering?

Can I return or exchange my free gift?

  • Sorry, but our free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged for other items. You can read more about our returns and exchanges here.

What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?

  • Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

Sales Tax

  • Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, where applicable, for orders shipped to NY and IL. For purchases made in Canada, the customer is responsible to pay duty and taxes where applicable.

I placed an order. Can I change the shipping address?

  • Yes! If your order has not yet shipped, contact us at and we will update it for you. You may be charged additional for shipping if the rate is different for the new address.

  • Unfortunately once an order is placed, we are unable to change the method of payment.

  • The quickest solution is to place a new order for the additional item. We may be able to ship your items together and refund the additional shipping charge if you contact us at within 30 mins of placing both orders.

  • As long as your items have not shipped, we are usually able to cancel items or orders. Send us an email at with your order # and we will see what we can do.

Can my Minnow + Mars shopping credit be applied to pay for faster shipping & handling options?

  • Faster shipping & handling options must be paid for with a credit card or debit card. Shopping credit cannot be applied toward shipping & handling. It is applied only to the order subtotal before any applicable tax and shipping & handling fees.

Do you have a physical store?

  • Nope! We're an online-only boutique.
