All contiguous US orders will be sent FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate of $8 (the contiguous US excludes Alaska, Hawaii and all off-shore territories)

Free shipping on contiguous US orders over $50.

Unfortunately we are not shipping to international destinations at the moment. Please contact us at if you have a special request. 

We are also unable to ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

We process orders within 2-3 business days, then ship domestic orders via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail

For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier.

Return Policy

You’re in luck:
Minnow + Mars has three easy ways to make a return within 30 days of the original shipment date on your packing slip.

Keep your nonclearance, returnable* goods as spanking new as when you received them. That means unworn, tags intact and in its original packaging. (And, hey, if an item we packed snugly still arrives damaged or missing parts, notify the Minnow + Mars crew within 30 days. We won’t leave you hanging.) Any returns received more than 30 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

1. Store Credit 
This is the jackpot of return options if we do say so ourselves. Use the free return shipping label to send back your item within 30 days so you don’t have to pay the shipping fee. Then receive a full store credit, which you can use to find something to be shipped to you domestically within 90 days that your family will go gaga over.

2. Refund
Look for your full refund minus a the cost of the Minnow + Mars shipping label used – within four weeks from the date you returned it. Between us: You’ll likely see it earlier. This just accounts for the item being in transit and in our inspection facility, and then having your original payment method process the amount. Don’t worry. We’ll notify you via email when it’s gone through.

3. Same Style Exchange
Love the style but not the color, pattern, or size? Good news: It’s free to swap it out for the same item (if in stock) when you use our domestic shipping label. If you found another item you’re dying for, just return the initial item (see #2 above) and place a new order.

*If items are marked “nonreturnable” on the sale page, clearance items or gift certificates, they may not be returned.
